Open ChatGPT (chatgpt.com) and start your message with this template: 'I am [who you are]. I want [what you want]. Please [how you want it].' Example: 'I am 72 years old and not very technical. I want to understand my MyChart message about lab results. Please explain it in plain English, one sentence per point.' That single sentence tells the chatbot everything it needs to give you a useful answer, instead of a generic one written for a college student.
